I attended Godwin’s oath taking for new architects. Event was organized poorly. 1,082 inductees, each allowed to invite 2 guests plus of course let’s include the academe people. How could they (whoever) arranged for only 2T people, when they should have arranged for at least 3T? Many proud parents and relatives were standing. Excluding me as I shared the seat with my brother. Tsk. Oh and we paid for P1,200 each for a little (pwedeng kainin sa 3 subo) serving of pancit, 2 siomais (wala man lang sawsawan), 1kwek-kwek (?), 2 shanghai rolls, a cup of coffee, and a glass of drinking water. My estimate, cost of food is below P50. Grabe naman… You’re inducting architects! Come on!

Philippine International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta
Clark, Pampanga
The Philippine International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta is an annual event that occurs between January and February in Clark Field, Angeles City, Pampanga. It features multicolored hot air balloons with more than a hundred balloon pilots from around the world. This three to four day hot air balloon event is the biggest aviation sports event in the Philippines. An estimated 60,000 visitors locally and from around the world come in to see this event.
The 2011 festival will be held on February 10 - 13, 2011.
